I stayed 4 nights on business. I had no time for tourism so this hotel was a welcome place of rest when I returned from the office. Buffet breakfasts and dinners were good quality and very relaxed. In fact relaxed quality is the general atmosphere of the place. Staff are pleasant. Nothing too exciting or problematic is the usual atmosphere in Saudi and this place fits the a general atmosphere. They made my stay as painless as it could be. My 2nd floor room was spacious and comfortable although the air-con fan is noisy at night. Unavoidable in 40 deg heat I suppose.

I had a booking from 1st November to 3rd. I could not travel because I have an injury in my ankle a day before, when I contacted the hotel through Booking.com to explain that I can't travel because of that they waived 100% of the booking charges although my booking terms was non refundable.
